Chiswick Quay Board Meeting.
I am a director and the chair of Chiswick Quay Freeholds Ltd; the company which manages and maintains the Chiswick Quay estate of about 70 houses on the river Thames and our marina which contains about 40 boats. We have a board meeting four times a year, usually in the private room above the City Barge which is a nearby riverside pub.
The meetings are pretty informal but there are sometimes serious issues to discus and resolve. We are a pretty diverse board but I think that is essential. Happily, we all seem to share the same values. And even more happily we have an Improvement Committee established by some wonderful residents that do the heavy lifting when improvements need to be actioned!
